Level II Security Guard Training

Service Description

Level II (Level 2) Non Commissioned Security, or Unarmed Security, is the introductory 6-hour class that covers the basics of becoming a Non Commissioned or Unarmed Security Guard in Texas. This security training course provides the Level 2 training as required by the State of Texas. Once complete, you will be provided with your certificate of completion, which is to be submitted and approved by the State (Texas Private Security Bureau has it's own guidelines/regulations/fees). Once approved by the State, you will be able to work legally as a Non Commissioned/Unarmed security officer in the State of Texas. Participant Requirements: 18 yrs. old No class A misdemeanors or convictions within the last 10 yrs No class B arrest or convictions within the last 5 yrs No felonies within the last 20 yrs Must be mentally competent Must have no history of substance abuse or addiction Military, must be honorably discharged You must pay your registration fee Must complete the 6 hour course Training Subjects: Prevention and Deterrence Ethics Perception of the officer Liaison between the Police and Client Observation and Reporting Emergency Response Offenses and Arrest Types of offenses Radio Procedures Report Writing Conflict Resolution Texas Penal Code
